We were paired with a wine expert at the store and spent an hour or so walking around one Saturday afternoon sharing what we typically like, and then he built a couple of cases of wine for us to take home. Now I email him when we start to run low, provide any feedback on what we did or didn't love, and he pulls new wines for our stock and we stop in to pick up (they deliver though, too!)!
